Karnataka Waste Management project (KWMP), belongs to Re Sustainability Limited and started its operations in June 2008 as a world class Treatment, Storage, Disposal Facility (CHW-TSDF) to manage Hazardous &  waste disposal. The project was awarded by Karnataka. Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (KSIIDC) to Re Sustainability Limited through global tendering and is set up on an area of about 63 acres.

The facility has Intractable waste stores, Secured landfill, ETP Stabilization/treatment facility and an Incinerator with 100% power backup facilities.

Transportation of Hazardous Waste is arranged by KWMP with the help of specially designed vehicles.

The facility is equipped with a Hi-Tech laboratory enabling comprehensive analysis of solid waste, water and wastewater. It is well equipped with all sophisticated instruments required for the analysis prescribed by governing authorities. The laboratory monitors periodically the ground water, surface water, air, noise, soil and stack emissions within its premises.
